Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Sales Engineer to support and grow our Reinforced Concrete Pipe and precast stormwater portfolio. You will work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive revenue growth and market adoption.

The role focuses on influencing specifications and delivering technically sound, value-driven solutions, while bringing Voice of the Customer back into the business for market insights and product innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain within 18 months.
• 5–7+ years in technical sales, applications engineering, or civil infra.
• Experience with Reinforced Concrete Pipe or precast stormwater products.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities for RCP and precast stormwater products.
• Influence asset owners, engineers, municipalities, and DOTs to specify solutions.
• Review and manage specifications with engineering and product teams.
• Prepare technical, value-based presentations for engineers and contractors.
