Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Sales Engineer to support and grow its Reinforced Concrete Pipe and precast stormwater portfolio. This field-based role partners with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Marketing and Operations to drive revenue and market adoption.

You will influence specifications, work on complex projects, and bring Voice of the Customer back to product development, focusing on cost-effective, durable stormwater solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 18 months of hire date.
• 5–7+ years in technical sales, applications engineering, or civil infrastructure.
• Direct experience with Reinforced Concrete Pipe, precast stormwater systems, or related products.
• Strong understanding of stormwater conveyance, detention, retention, and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities for RCP and precast stormwater products.
• Develop account-specific strategies to influence asset owners, engineering firms, municipalities, and DOTs.
• Review and manage customer specifications with engineering and product teams.
• Prepare technical, value-based presentations to engineers, municipalities, and contractors.
• Read engineering drawings to recommend compliant solutions.
• Support installation best practices and address field constructability challenges.
