Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Sales Engineer to grow our Reinforced Concrete Pipe and precast stormwater portfolio. The role is field-based, interfacing with engineering, product management, sales, and operations to drive revenue and market adoption.

Based in Stone Mountain, GA or hybrid in the Atlanta territory, you will lead specifications, engage engineers and municipalities, and deliver technically sound, value-driven solutions with lifecycle cost benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain within 18 months.
• 5–7+ years of experience in technical sales or civil infrastructure.
• Direct experience with Reinforced Concrete Pipe or precast stormwater systems.
• Strong understanding of stormwater conveyance, detention, retention, and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth & Specification Leadership: identify growth opportunities for RCP and precast stormwater products with sales leadership and managers.
• Develop account strategies to influence asset owners, engineering firms, municipalities, and DOTs to specify Oldcastle Infrastructure solutions.
• Review and manage specifications with support from Product Engineering and Product Management.
• Serve as field technical expert for stormwater conveyance and management systems and deliver technical presentations.
• Read engineering drawings and advise on compliant, constructible layouts and product configurations.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to build value-added customer solutions and training.
• Manage project pipelines in CRM and attend industry meetings as needed.
