Pearson is seeking a Faculty Advisor in North America to guide the successful integration of Pearson digital products with statistics coursework. You will work with course administrators, provide pedagogical expertise, and lead trainings to maximize learning outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s in Statistics, 5+ years college teaching experience, and strong MyLab proficiency. Flexible remote work supports teaching schedules and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics is required.
• At least 5 years of full-time teaching at the college/university level in Statistics is required.
• Power-user experience with Pearson MyLab is required.
• Knowledge of multiple Mathematics/Statistics fields; Data Science/Engineering desirable.
• Online teaching experience and LMS experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with course-level administrators to advise on integration of Pearson products to support teaching goals.
• Consult on digital assessment, grading, and reporting strategies; provide best practices for MyLab usage.
• Consult on content modification or creation for courses.
• Create department-specific training resources (videos, guides, webinars).
• Advise Product teams on development of new platforms and features.
• Collaborate with Sales on campaigns and demonstrations.
• Provide written documentation of recommendations and evolution of course design and implementation.
