Pitney Bowes is seeking a remote-based State & Local Government Account Specialist to manage client relationships, handle AR receivables, and perform data cleansing for government accounts. You will collaborate with Sales and internal teams to provide accurate invoicing and timely support.

The role requires 2+ years of client service, experience in account management or billing reconciliation, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client service experience.
• Prior account management, contract management, and/or billing reconciliation and/or collections a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as account expert and primary contact for Pitney Bowes’ large State & Local clients.
• Prepare and submit accurate invoices to be billed to the client in a timely manner.
• Manage portal billing activities and adhere to client-specific portal requirements.
• Perform account maintenance and data cleansing to ensure accurate client information across systems.
• Make informed decisions in alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Manage administrative account cleansing activities, including PO and Contract review, payment application/reconciliation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal units and stakeholders to deliver exceptional client support.
• Consistently achieve established performance standards, KPI’s and productivity metrics.
• Prioritize and organize daily workload to meet SLAs and deadlines.
• Support growth initiatives including automation, digital acceleration, and self-serve.
• Serve as SME for contract review and client onboarding assistance.
• Act as primary escalation point for client issues and provide ad hoc government team support.
