Job summary

Allina Health Staffing Center is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support patient care by scheduling staff, managing timecards, and ensuring payroll accuracy. This role requires knowledge of staffing guidelines, union contracts, and timekeeping procedures.

You will coordinate assignments across departments, forecast staffing needs, communicate changes, and participate in staff huddles. Remote-friendly, .5 FTE with weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of basic computer skills, including Windows, Word and Excel.
• Experience with staffing or scheduling systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates staff assignments to support patient care needs.
• Provides scheduling support per staffing guidelines and union contracts.
• Assists with timecard management and payroll accuracy.
