• Experience in staffing coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain staff schedules for all shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends).
• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and prioritize scheduling requests.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new staff with Human Resources.
• Monitor staffing levels and adjust for census or acuity fluctuations.
• Communicate schedule changes and shift assignments to staff.
• Manage time-off requests and attendance in line with policies.
• Ensure staffing coverage meets regulatory and patient-care requirements.
