Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Staffing Responsibilities: Uses staffing technology to allocate staff to meet facility needs.
• Requests daily per diem agency staff as needed.
• Documents staff assignments and codes schedules to ensure timecard accuracy.
• Uses bargaining unit contracts to understand how they affect staffing processes and policies.
• Forecasts staffing needs and reports status to house supervisors and department leaders.
