YUPRO Placement is seeking a Staffing Account Manager, referred to as a Client Delivery Manager, to lead delivery for assigned client accounts. This role blends remote work with on-site client visits and requires travel to local sites.

You will drive full-cycle recruiting, build candidate pipelines, and coordinate onboarding while strengthening partnerships with hiring managers and HR teams. Travel is 35-40% based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related client-facing roles.
• Strong relationship-building to engage clients and uncover needs.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and fast timelines in a metric-driven environment.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office, online recruiting tools, ATS/CRM systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a focus on diverse talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts as the primary delivery contact and coordinator for assignments.
• Conduct proactive outreach with hiring managers, HR partners, and client stakeholders.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting activities from sourcing to onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines aligned to client demand.
• Document client interactions and recruitment milestones in internal systems.
