Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, client success, or a similar client-facing role in a B2B environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a professional and responsive style.
• High ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes rather than passing problems up or sideways.
• Comfortable operating with autonomy in a small business environment where processes are still being built and the answers are not always obvious.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously without losing track of anything.
• Proactive and fast-moving with a bias toward action when clients need support.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts as the primary point of contact from placement through ongoing engagement.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships that make clients feel supported and well-served.
• Conduct regular check-ins and proactively surface any issues, risks, or opportunities before they become problems.
• Keep clients informed, engaged, and confident in their placements without waiting for them to reach out first.
• Coordinate internally across recruiting, operations, and leadership to resolve complex client situations.
• Make judgment calls on when to escape and when to handle directly.
