Job summary

Integrity Staffing is seeking a Traveling Account Manager to support recruiting for client locations across the United States. The role requires traveling 75-100% and may be based in any state where we operate.

You will manage recruiting for Temporary, RPO, and internal staffing, while ensuring compliance with company policies. Ideal candidates have strong communication, strategic planning, and leadership experience, plus the ability to drive performance and build client relationships across

Qualifications

Minimum of 4-years of progressive experience in management functions (Hospitality, Operations, Retail industries preferred), preferably client-facing.
4-year college degree preferred.
Ability to quickly take action to ensure client success.
Exceptional time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects with deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions.
Willing/able to travel 75-100% domestically.

Responsibilities

Track and maintain performance of the client's hiring needs via KPI reports.
Hire, train, manage and motivate a team supporting client needs.
Provide analysis of recruiting activity and devise improvement plans.
Provide clear communication for recruiting efforts and initiatives.
Serve as primary point of contact for all client onsite activity and meetings.
Conduct regular meetings with Client managers to discuss trends and solutions.
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure consistent operating procedures across departments.
