The Senior Director, Client Success is the primary client facing delivery leader and relationship owner for a portfolio of assigned client accounts. This role is accountable for client satisfaction, program health, contractual performance, retention, and overall quality of delivery across the assigned portfolio. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary escalation point for clients and represent the voice of both YUPRO Placement and our clients across recruiting, onboarding, solution delivery, compliance, and contractor support.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary client facing delivery leader and relationship owner for a portfolio of assigned client accounts, with accountability for client satisfaction, program health, contractual performance, client and contractor retention, and delivery quality.
- Lead and directly manage delivery and recruiting staff supporting the assigned portfolio, including day to day leadership, coaching, performance reviews, performance management, development planning, workload prioritization, and input into hiring and compensation decisions.
- Own end to end delivery performance across assigned accounts, from client demand and requisition intake through recruiting, onboarding, start, assignment management, retention, conversion or redeployment, and offboarding, ensuring clear accountability and service quality throughout the client and talent lifecycle.
- Own the client reporting and communication cadence for each account, including recurring headcount, attendance, conversion, onboarding, class start, and business review reporting, ensuring the team delivers accurate, timely, and decision worthy information.
- Monitor program performance across attrition, retention, onboarding completion, fill performance, compliance, and other account specific measures, identifying trends early and driving corrective action through the team.
- Act as the primary escalation point for client issues across assigned accounts, ensuring timely cross functional resolution with Recruiting, Compliance, HR, Operations, Sales, and other partners as needed.
- Identify and proactively flag risks to account health, retention, revenue, or client confidence, including dissatisfaction, attrition trends, onboarding bottlenecks, delivery gaps, and compliance concerns, and lead the resolution plan through the appropriate teams.
- Build and maintain trusted, consultative relationships with client stakeholders across assigned accounts, positioning YUPRO Placement as a strategic workforce partner while creating the conditions for account retention and growth.
- Own team capacity and workload planning across the assigned portfolio, partnering with workforce planning and functional leaders to adjust coverage, priorities, and resources as client volume and hiring plans shift.
- Lead recurring client business reviews and ad hoc account reviews, translating program data into clear insights, risks, recommendations, and improvement plans for client and internal leadership.
- Partner with Compliance and HR to ensure account specific requirements, including background checks, credit checks, attendance and conduct policies, and client platform or technology requirements, are understood, operationalized, and consistently met, and support client audit requests per contract requirements.
- Oversee onboarding workflows and contractor orientation readiness for high volume hiring classes in partnership with functional leaders to ensure clear ownership, issue resolution, and a positive candidate and client experience.
- Represent YUPRO Placement at client sites and virtual or in person account events as needed, including onboarding events, business reviews, and client leadership meetings.
What Success Looks Like
- Achieve established client satisfaction and retention targets across assigned accounts, with clear action plans for any account showing signs of risk.
- Maintain required contractual, operational, and compliance standards across assigned programs, with immediate escalation and corrective action for identified gaps.
- Achieve established account level targets for retention, attrition, onboarding completion, fill performance, conversion where applicable, and other agreed program measures.
- Ensure client reporting is accurate, complete, and delivered on each account’s required cadence, with data translated into clear actions and decisions.
- Resolve escalations within established service expectations, reduce repeat issues, and minimize revenue, delivery, compliance, or relationship risk.
- Ensure the account team meets defined productivity, quality, and service expectations through clear accountability, coaching, performance management, capacity planning, and development.
- Monitor assigned account economics against established expectations, surface revenue or gross profit risk early, and support actions that protect account health and sustainable growth.
What You Bring
- Proven ability to lead and grow multiple high volume, large stakes accounts simultaneously, with accountability for client relationships, program performance, and direct people leadership.
- Strong client relationship management and executive level communication skills, with the judgment and presence to build trust and credibility with client stakeholders and internal cross functional leaders.
- Skill in translating program performance data into clear insights, client facing recommendations, internal action plans, and business decisions.
- Demonstrated experience directly managing and developing delivery and recruiting staff, including performance management, coaching, workload prioritization, and team capacity planning.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to lead concurrent client cadences, escalations, reporting cycles, and operational priorities without losing accountability or follow through.
- An analytical and commercially aware mindset, with the ability to interpret attrition, retention, compliance, onboarding, headcount, revenue, and gross profit trends to identify risk and opportunity early.
- Experience with high volume staffing compliance requirements, including background checks, credit checks, attendance policies, and other client specific requirements, preferred.
- Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and reporting tools, with the ability to establish strong operating discipline and adapt to client specific technology platforms and transitions.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in staffing, workforce solutions, client or account delivery management, or program management, ideally spanning multiple enterprise accounts.
- Direct people management experience leading delivery, recruiting, or account teams required.
- Experience across a range of enterprise industry verticals is a plus, given the diversity of the assigned account portfolio.
- Demonstrated track record of managing enterprise account health, client satisfaction, retention, operational performance, and compliance outcomes while leading and developing teams.
Pay Range: $120,000-$130,000
