Qualifications

• 3+ years of staffing sales experience in temporary help, temp-to-perm, or direct hire job placements.
• Experience in a typical sales environment.
• Staffing and recruiting experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Focus on generating new accounts and selecting candidates for various staffing options.
• Manage a robust opportunity pipeline to support booking targets.
• Build relationships and branding with customers and key influencers in assigned region.
