You will lead with hands-on coding and tooling efforts, embedding with teams to improve runbooks, dashboards, and observability. The goal is a durable culture of reliability across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of engineering experience with a focus on reliability.
• Experience designing and implementing SLI/SLOs and error budgets.
• Proven incident leadership for high-severity, customer-facing incidents.

• Make reliability measurable by defining SLIs/SLOs for key paths.
• Raise the operational bar with improved incident response, postmortems, and alerting.
