Qualifications

• - 8+ years of Linux systems administration in production.
• - 3+ years leading or managing engineering or SRE teams.
• - Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• - CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions; infrastructure as code with Terraform.
• - Puppet configuration management; automation with Python.
• - Load balancing and virtualization (Nginx, Apache Tomcat).
• - Observability with Datadog and artifact management with JFrog Artifactory.
• - Networking, storage, security fundamentals; incident response processes.
• - Agile collaboration with cross-functional teams; strong communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing group of SREs responsible for Linux-based systems and infrastructure in digital commerce.
• Set technical and strategic vision for SRE domain; promote modern DevOps practices.
• Define CI/CD standards; drive Terraform and GitHub Actions adoption.
• Define configuration standards with Puppet and Python to reduce toil.
• Guide load balancing, app delivery, and virtualization (F5, VMware).
• Champion observability with Datadog and Artifactory; manage incidents and RCAs.
• Drive SLIs/SLOs and error budgets; mentor engineers and leadership.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Networking.
