Job summary

Recover Together is seeking a Staff Provider for remote, part-time coverage across multiple US markets. You will leverage telemedicine to conduct rapid-access intakes and ongoing maintenance care for Groups members, focusing on safety, engagement, and medication-assisted treatment in early recovery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with medical leadership, ensuring compliant documentation, and providing coverage for colleagues when needed.

Qualifications

• License in good standing in one or more states where Groups operates.
• Experience with buprenorphine or addiction treatment is preferred.
• Ability to provide telemedicine intake and maintenance care.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to clinical policies and procedures.
• Perform intake medical duties and determine medical necessity for treatment.
• Prescribe buprenorphine/naloxone and other approved meds as needed.
• Maintain intake documentation accurately and timely.
• Initiate MAT during early weeks of treatment (weeks 1–4).
• Coordinate with community providers for transitions into Groups.
• Provide maintenance care and monthly provider group meetings.
• Avail phone and email for medical discussions between visits.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant medical records and documentation.
