Groups Recover Together is seeking a Staff Provider to join a remote, physician-led team delivering rapid-access intakes and ongoing maintenance care. You will work with counselors and staff to support members early in recovery via telemedicine, ensuring safety and engagement, and coordinating with local providers for transitions.

Qualifications

• Physician, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with active state license in good standing.
• Willing to become licensed in multiple other states where Groups operates.
• Credentialing with government and private health plans in-network.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to clinical policies and procedures.
• Intake medical duties and determine medical necessity for treatment.
• Prescribe buprenorphine/naloxone and other approved meds.
• Maintain regular intake shifts and provide rapid-access telemedicine intakes.
• Complete intake documentation thoroughly and on time.
• Initiate MAT during early weeks of treatment.
• Coordinate with community providers for transitions.
• Collaborate with providers to transition care to maintenance groups.
• Escalate issues to medical leadership as needed.
• Maintain medical records per HIPAA and company policies.
• Provide makeup groups and makeup 1:1 sessions.
• Cross-cover for colleagues and participate in on-call schedule.
• Monitor patients via telemedicine within legal requirements.
• Pilot new initiatives to improve outcomes.
