Job summary

Groups Recover Together is seeking a Staff Provider (CARN-AP or PMHNP) for a remote, part-time role in the US. The position emphasizes rapid-access intakes, telemedicine-based medical support, and longitudinal care for a panel of members.

The provider will join a small team of clinicians and staff to ensure member safety and engagement throughout early treatment, with duties spanning intake, maintenance care, and cross-coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Spanish speaking
• Experience with telemedicine and remote care delivery
• Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team (providers, counselors, support staff)
• Comfort with technology and telemedicine platforms

Responsibilities

• Adhere to clinical policies and procedures
• Conduct intake medical duties and determine medical necessity for treatment
• Prescribe buprenorphine/naloxone and other MAT as appropriate
• Maintain intake documentation thoroughly and promptly
• Initiate MAT during early weeks of treatment
• Coordinate with community providers for patient transitions
• Collaborate with colleagues to transition patients into maintenance care
• Provide regular coverage for makeup groups and cross-coverage as needed
• Assist with on-call schedule for urgent prescription coverage
• Facilitate access to prescription monitoring databases
• Maintain medical records per HIPAA and company policies
• Administrative duties: high-quality documentation, sign prescriptions, manage schedules
• Onboard and train new providers and pilot new initiativesProceed with other duties as assigned
