Qualificações

• 8+ years of backend engineering in production-grade distributed systems.
• Direct FCM or derivatives experience, ownership of futures lifecycle.
• Proficiency in a modern backend language (Go preferred; Java).
• Experience in regulated financial environments with auditability.
• Track record delivering end-to-end architectural initiatives.
• Experience with replatforming or migrating off legacy systems.
• Ability to mentor engineers and raise code quality.
