Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Staff Attorney to assist the Chief Legal Officer and Associate General Counsel. You will draft legal documents and templates, perform research and analysis, and manage records under limited supervision.

The role involves negotiating contracts, providing legal counsel to staff, and supporting regulatory affairs across the organization. A JD and bar license are required, with in-house or firm experience preferred.

Competenze

• Juris Doctor degree required from ABA-accredited program.
• License to practice law (bar admission) required.
• Experience in a law firm or in-house legal department preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal/external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office and document management.
• Ability to support compliance program objectives.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for the organization.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions.
• Prepare memorandums, correspondence, and templates for legal matters.
• Manage legal documents and corporate records with limited supervision.
