Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Staff Attorney to support the Chief Legal Officer and Associate General Counsel. You will draft legal documents, perform research, and manage templates and records under limited supervision.

Ideal candidates have a law degree, active license, and experience in a law firm or in-house setting, with strong written and verbal skills and proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat. Navitus offers robust benefits and professional growth.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from ABA-accredited school; license to practice law required.
• Experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Strong verbal and written communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to draft, review and negotiate legal documents and templates.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts on behalf of Navitus.
• Assist with legal research, analysis, and preparation of memoranda.
• Maintain corporate legal records and document templates.
• Provide guidance on legal issues and compliance program objectives.
• Support other departments on contracts, regulatory affairs, and operations.
