Deque Systems, Inc. is seeking a full-time Staff Accountant to join the Accounting Department. This role will conduct multi-entity balance sheet reconciliations, month-end and renewal billing, and subscription management while ensuring accurate records.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, holds a four-year accounting degree, and is proficient with Excel, Sage Intacct, and Salesforce. Remote – preferably Eastern Time Zone.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in accounting or related field.
• 2-4 years of professional accounting experience.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day accounting operations for multiple entities, including AR/AP.
• Process initial and renewal billing and manage subscriptions.
• Prepare accurate invoices and maintain customer/vendor records.
• Assist with month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support with audits by maintaining detailed reconciliations and records.
• Ensure data integrity in CRM and accounting systems.
