Job summary

e123 is a Work From Anywhere company with a remote US workforce and some travel for events. The Senior Accountant will own the month-end close and AR processes, ensuring data integrity and supporting automation initiatives across a multi-entity structure.

This role requires GAAP knowledge, ASC 606, and strong Excel and QuickBooks Online skills, with 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience. Collaboration with external auditors and tax accountants is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP, including ASC 606.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or comparable software.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High degree of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Month-end close – lead the close process and implement improvements.
• Billing and Accounts Receivable – manage end-to-end invoicing across multiple entities.
• Accounts Payable – ensure timely bill payment and accurate coding.
• General Ledger and Account Reconciliation – oversee transactions and accuracy.
• Audit support – prepare schedules and liaise with auditors.
• Tax compliance across multistate obligations and regulatory filings.
• Intercompany and multi-entity accounting across Enrollment123 Inc. and Unified TPA.
• Financial reporting support – prepare schedules and variance analysis.
• Process improvement and automation using AI and other technologies.
