Zusammenfassung

Schweiger Dermatology Group is seeking a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day and month-end accounting operations. You will prepare monthly journal entries, reconcile accounts, and assist with audits, under the Accounting Manager’s guidance, ensuring accurate general ledger entries and timely monthly close.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of accounting experience, a solid GAAP foundation, and strong Excel skills. This is a remote role open to eligible U.S.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of general accounting experience; new graduates with internship considered.
• Working knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups.
• Experience with ERP/GL system; ability to handle confidential financial information.

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Support audit requests and maintain organized workpapers.
• Analyze GL activity for accuracy and investigate posting errors.
• Contribute to ad hoc analyses and process improvements.
