The Staff Accountant – Accounting and Financial Reporting role supports monthly and quarterly close processes, prepares financial statements, footnotes, and reconciliations, and assists in audits.

Strong Excel skills, CPA preferred, and flexible scheduling are valued as part of a collaborative finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Approximately 2–3 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and lookups.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
• Flexible scheduling and cross-training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and footnotes.
• Process journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
