Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager - Salesforce Growth IT to lead a Salesforce-focused team driving revenue and sales experiences.

You will guide a distributed group of developers and QA, aligning technical delivery with business goals across the GTM org. In this role you’ll mentor teams, own roadmaps, and leverage AI tools to accelerate design, development, and deployment of Salesforce features, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud to fuel growth with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development on cross-functional teams focusing on Demand-to-Cash, Lead-to-Cash or Quote-to-Cash.
• Knowledge of CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced, Sales Cloud.
• Apex, LWC, Visualforce development and related Salesforce technologies.
• 2+ years managing Salesforce developers and contractors using Agile.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Security-minded with knowledge of SOQL vulnerabilities and platform security.
• Experience in a business consulting role with strong presentation and documentation skills.
• Proven experience in technical delivery and resource management.
• Fanatical focus on seller and partner experience.
• Proven experience using AI to enhance decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a distributed team of Salesforce developers and QA.
• Partner with stakeholders to maintain a prioritized roadmap and scalable options.
• Drive Agile delivery with sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance, review code, and support testing efforts.
• Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and project estimation.
• Manage US and offshore teams and contractors.
• Develop reusable architectures and guide design decisions for Quote-to-Cash.
