Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager - Salesforce Growth IT to lead a distributed team inside the Go-to-market Applications group.

You will partner with sales, marketing, and IT to design, build, and ship Salesforce features that enable growth across Q2 and beyond, focusing on Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Lead-to-Cash processes. The role requires 8+ years in Salesforce development, hands-on Apex and LWC, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development on cross-functional teams focusing on Demand-to-Cash, Lead-to-Cash or Quote-to-Cash.
• Knowledge of CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced, Sales Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce and related Salesforce technologies.
• 2+ years managing Salesforce developers/contractors using Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent; security-minded with SOQL/Apex vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team of developers and QA in Salesforce growth initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver top-priority roadmaps and scalable solutions.
• Drive pre-research, data analysis, and AI-assisted requirements in Salesforce projects.
• Oversee Agile delivery, sprint planning, and governance across US and offshore teams.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance, code reviews, and post-production support.
