CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager - Salesforce Growth IT to lead a distributed team and advance Salesforce Lead-to-Cash capabilities.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize roadmaps, guide architecture, and ensure scalable solutions across CPQ and Revenue Cloud. In this role you’ll drive Agile delivery, mentor engineers and offshore resources, review code, and apply AI tools to speed design and deployment while aligning with CrowdStrike’s growth goals

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development on cross-functional teams in demand-to-cash, lead-to-cash or quote-to-cash.
• Experience with CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced, Sales Cloud.
• Development using Apex, LWC, Visualforce and related Salesforce tech.
• 2+ years managing Salesforce developers and contractors using Agile.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a distributed Salesforce/QA team across US and offshore resources.
• Partner with stakeholders to maintain a prioritized roadmap and scalable solutions.
• Drive Agile delivery with sprint planning, standups, and design sessions.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance, code reviews, and testing support.
• Own requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, and impact on Quote-to-Cash.
