CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager - Salesforce Growth IT to guide a Salesforce-led growth program within the Go-to-market Applications team. You will lead a distributed team of BSA, developers, and QA, delivering high-impact sales and partner experiences.

This role requires deep Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Sales Cloud expertise, hands-on Apex and LWC coding, and strong leadership in agile delivery across US-based and offshore resources. remote work available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development on cross-functional teams around Quote-to-Cash.
• Deep knowledge of CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced, Sales Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce and related Salesforce tech.
• 2+ years managing Salesforce developers in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a distributed team of developers and QA for Salesforce Growth IT.
• Partner with stakeholders to maintain a prioritized Salesforce roadmap.
• Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, standups and retrospectives.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance including code reviews and debugging.
• Oversee budgets, resource allocation and project estimation.
