Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager for Salesforce Growth IT to drive the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions across GTM. You will lead a distributed team, align with business stakeholders, and accelerate delivery using AI-assisted approaches.

You will mentor developers, oversee budget and resource planning, and ensure delivery of Quote-to-Cash capabilities while staying current with Salesforce releases.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development on cross-functional teams around Demand-to-Cash / Lead-to-Cash / Quote-to-Cash.
• Experience with CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced, Sales Cloud and related Salesforce tech.
• 2+ years of managing Salesforce developers and contractors using Agile.

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team of developers and QA focused on Salesforce growth and eCommerce.
• Partner with stakeholders to maintain a prioritized roadmap and scalable solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance including code review and debugging.
• Drive Agile delivery with sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
