Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager - Salesforce Growth IT to drive growth initiatives within the Go-to-market Applications team. Lead a distributed Salesforce team, partner with stakeholders, and design scalable Salesforce Lead-to-Cash and eCommerce solutions.

You will own the roadmap, guide design decisions, and ensure delivery across US and offshore resources using Agile practices and AI-assisted tooling to accelerate outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development or equivalent experience on a cross-functional development team specifically around Demand-to-Cash, Lead-to-Cash or Quote-to-Cash.
• Knowledge of CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced, Sales Cloud.
• Configuration and code-based development using Apex, LWC, Visualforce and related Salesforce technologies.
• 2+ years of managing Salesforce developers and contractors using agile methodology.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a distributed team of developers and QA within Salesforce and partner commerce ecosystem.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT peers to deliver high-impact sales and partner experiences.
• Maintain a prioritized roadmap and propose scalable alternatives.
