Job summary

CrowdStrike seeks a Sr. Engineering Manager - Salesforce Growth IT to lead the Go-to-market Applications team, focusing on Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Sales Cloud.

You will guide a distributed group of developers and QA, partnering with stakeholders to drive growth and improve the Salesforce experience for sellers and partners. Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development on cross-functional teams (Demand-to-Cash/Lead-to-Cash/Quote-to-Cash).
• Knowledge of CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced, Sales Cloud.
• Knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce and related Salesforce technologies.
• 2+ years managing Salesforce developers and contractors using agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Security minded with knowledge of SOQL vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Experience in a business consulting role with strong presentation and documentation skills.
• Proven experience in technical delivery and resource management.
• Fanatical focus on the seller and partner experience.
• Proven experience utilizing AI to enhance decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a distributed team of Salesforce developers and QA to deliver high-impact sales/partner experiences.
• Partner with stakeholders to maintain a prioritized roadmap and scalable alternatives.
• Drive pre-research with data analysis and hypothesis validation.
• Accelerate project lifecycles using AI tools for requirements and design.
• Own end-to-end deliverables including requirements and fit/gap analysis for Quote-to-Cash.
• Oversee work plans, delegation, resource allocation, and project estimation.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and cross-functional design sessions.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and code reviews.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
