Ingredion Incorporated seeks a Sr. Account Manager, Healthful Solutions, US/CAN, to drive revenue growth across the Protein Fortification portfolio in the U.S. and Canada.

You will build strong customer partnerships and deliver value‑added ingredient solutions aligned with market trends. In this remote role, you will execute sales strategies, manage a multi‑state territory, and report to the Senior Sales Manager.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 8–10+ years of experience in specialty ingredient sales, account management, or similar B2B roles.
• Proven success managing strategic accounts and delivering profitable growth.
• Strong understanding of protein fortification or health‑driven ingredients.
• Experience working remotely and managing multi‑state or regional sales territories.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Aufgaben

• Deliver annual sales revenue and volume targets for strategic accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to create long‑term customer value.
• Build and manage a robust project pipeline with growth opportunities.
• Drive sales of protein fortification solutions to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with R&D, Technical Service, Marketing, Product Line, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
• Lead customer engagements including commercial discussions and contract negotiations.
• Forecast sales performance and pipeline activity using CRM tools and internal reports.
