Ingredion Incorporated is seeking a Senior Account Manager to grow Texture & Healthful Solutions sales across the US and Canada in a remote capacity. You’ll develop strategic account plans, build senior-level relationships, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to optimize profitability.

The role requires 5+ years of direct or technical sales experience in Food & Beverage, strong negotiation and communication skills, and flexibility to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct or technical sales experience.
• Proven track record managing complex accounts and delivering results.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic account plans to create long-term value for customers.
• Build strong multi-level relationships to drive growth.
• Collaborate with Technical Service, Marketing, Product Managers, Finance, and other stakeholders to increase share of wallet and profitability.
• Conduct market analysis, understand trends, and competitive pricing.
• Negotiate contracts and manage proposals and RFPs.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and reporting.
