Job summary

Momentive Software seeks a client-focused implementation specialist to assist external clients in configuring the product platform, testing final setups, and providing training throughout and after implementation.

You will evaluate client needs, develop configurations that support business processes, and lead deployment projects with minimal supervision, while building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of software development or consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Configure client applications and databases using the product platform.
• Guide clients on best practices for leveraging the software.
• Develop customized solutions using industry-standard tools (JavaScript, jQuery, SQL).
• Assess client needs to meet functional, technical and reporting requirements.
• Determine database configuration needs for new clients.
• Support data conversion; define, develop and test product deployments.
• Lead complex product deployment projects with minimal supervision.
