Spectrio LLC is hiring an Implementation Specialist to drive on-premise equipment installations and coordinate field service activities. You will serve as the control point for dispatching technicians, gather installation details, and provide clear technical guidance to clients.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, multitasking, and teamwork, with remote-friendly options and a comprehensive benefits package. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with CRM/ERP experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree recommended or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a customer service/call center environment.
• Experience as an Implementation Specialist is preferred.
• 2+ years in computer-related roles with customer service background.
• CRM and ERP experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field service activities and dispatch technicians.
• Manage scheduling and workload for technicians.
• Communicate with clients to gather installation requirements.
• Provide technical assistance and translate complex info to non-technical customers.
• Log incidents and update progress in the tracking system.
• Support on-site installations and hardware configurations.
