Job summary

IDI Billing Solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead customer engagements, gather requirements, and configure the IDI Platform for deployment. The role includes knowledge transfer, discovery sessions, and ensuring successful launches while mentoring junior consultants.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of implementation experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and familiarity with SQL databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field; 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Two to four years working as an Implementation Consultant or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Interpersonal and technical analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with diverse groups.
• Desirable: experience with relational databases or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Master and maintain in-depth knowledge of the IDI Platform to provide solutions.
• Document system requirements for configuring and deploying Customer Care, POS, and Billing solutions.
• Provide knowledge transfer on how the IDI Platform works while gathering configuration requirements.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify business requirements.
• Provide consultative services to configure the system to meet business needs.
• Support and assist in the launch and cutover of the software solution.
• Follow PM department processes, including mentoring and training new Implementation Consultants.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional related responsibilities as requested.
