Job summary

Momentive Software is seeking a driven analyst to expand their skill set on the Cobalt Dynamics 365 platform. You will collaborate with clients to translate business objectives into configurations, contribute to requirements gathering, documentation, QA, and data migration, and manage client expectations with support from a PMO.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of software implementation, CRM or client-facing services experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience configuring a CRM/AMS platform (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce).
• Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and data migration concepts.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Learn and master Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Cobalt product configurations.
• Guide clients on best practices for leveraging Cobalt and Dynamics 365.
• Lead requirements gathering and translate business processes into configurations.
• Assist with business analysis, documentation, QA, and system configuration.
• Determine configuration needs for new clients and support data migration.
• Maintain client communication and manage project deliverables with PMO support.
• Handle multiple client implementations with minimal supervision.
