Job summary

Lumicera Health Services, powered by Navitus, seeks an Intake Specialist I for its Specialty Pharmacy. You will enroll new patients and ensure records include demographics, allergies, med history, comorbidities and payer information.

You will place calls to patients and providers, contact doctors by phone or fax, translate prescription details for dispensing and assist with prior authorizations as needed to support patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• National CPhT and/or licensure required per state.
• Minimum two years pharmacy support or healthcare experience preferred.
• Must be able to work hours 8am–7pm Mon–Thu and 8am–6pm Fri.

Responsibilities

• Make calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients.
• Enroll patients into specialty services including care management and billing.
• Maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards.
