Zusammenfassung

Lumicera Health Services is seeking an Intake Specialist I to enroll new Specialty Pharmacy patients and ensure complete records, including demographics, allergies, and payer data. You will contact doctors and patients via phone or fax and translate prescription details into the dispensing system.

You may assist with prior authorization triage and support other pharmacy duties as needed, while working in a remote-capable environment in Illinois.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• National CPhT and/or registration/licensure required per employee’s residing state’s requirements.
• Minimum two years pharmacy support or healthcare experience preferred.
• Hours may vary; typical window 8am–7pm Mon–Thu and 8am–6pm Fri.

• Place calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients.
• Enroll patients into specialty services including care management and billing info.
• Assist providers and insurers with triaging prior authorizations as needed.
