Lumicera Health Services, remotely available to eligible U.S. residents, is seeking an Intake Specialist I in the Specialty Pharmacy. You will enroll new patients, gather demographics, allergies, medication history and payer information, and translate prescription details for dispensing.

You may assist with triaging prior authorizations and support other pharmacy functions as needed. The role emphasizes phone-based outreach, patient data accuracy, and collaboration with physicians and insurers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• National CPhT registration/licensure required per state.
• Minimum two years pharmacy support or healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Place phone calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients.
• Enroll patients into specialty services including care management and copay programs.
• Assist providers and insurers with triaging prior authorizations for specialty patients.
