Job summary

Orsini Rare Disease Pharmacy Solutions is seeking a Program Analyst to support specialty pharmacy programs. The role partners with the Program Manager to manage manufacturer programs, HUB and case management teams, prescribers, and patients.

The analyst will handle urgent inquiries, provide status updates, and help ensure contract obligations are met. The position requires urgency, collaboration, and ability to manage multiple tasks across a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in specialty pharmacy preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide concise and accurate patient status information to assigned manufacturers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to expedite patient processing as needed.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve escalated issues related to complex reimbursement.
  • Serve as point of contact to manufacturer field reps, MD offices, and patients for orders.
  • Lead weekly calls with manufacturers with Program Manager/Therapy Team Manager.
  • Prepare and review internal reports for assigned therapy and manufacturer as requested.
