Job summary

Orsini Rare Disease Pharmacy Solutions is seeking a Sr. Patient Care Coordinator (III) to lead specialty project execution, new therapy launches, and operational recovery across the Rare Disease COE programs.

You will drive issue resolution, ensure continuity of care, and model patient-centered communication. You will partner with pharmacists and cross-functional teams to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and sustain high-reliability performance while coaching peers and

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of specialty pharmacy operations and launch workflows.
• Experience leading or supporting specialty project execution and program launches.
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills for recovery efforts and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead specialty projects and new therapy launches with readiness
• Drive operational recovery initiatives and reduce backlogs with real-time visibility
• Manage patient safety and continuity of therapy for high-touch cases
• Oversee high-complexity workflows and ensure audit-ready documentation
• Identify root causes of quality issues and support corrective actions
• Provide peer coaching and leadership in the absence of a supervisor
