Job summary

Orsini Healthcare seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead assigned manufacturers’ therapy programs and drug launches within a remote capacity. You will drive design, implementation, and ongoing management of specialty pharmacy therapy programs, collaborating with internal teams and manufacturers to deliver value.

As the primary contact, you will manage KPIs, contractual deliverables, and customer escalations while traveling for quarterly business reviews and partner meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required, or an equivalent combination of education, skills and experience.
• Previous Specialty Pharmacy trade experience at larger organization preferred.
• Experience with account management and internal stakeholder collaboration preferred.
• Must be computer literate – knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Visio
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional literature and technical procedures.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems.
• Ability to interpret and make inferences from data.
• Good project management skills.
• Ability to travel for QBRs, implementations, pharma partner meetings, and other business engagement meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage therapy/service programs for designated pharmapartners and/or therapy classes, documenting communications and assisting with escalated issues.
• Develop and manage relationships across the assigned manufacturer to grow Orsini Specialty Pharmacy share.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement custom programs for partners and launches, including clinical and operational process design.
• Oversee trade contract deliverables and data reporting, participate in quarterly business reviews as requested.
• Improve key clinical and operational processes within Specialty Pharmacy and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Prepare reports on program performance, ongoing activities and projects for customer business review meetings.
• Lead cross-functional teams on strategic projects with manufacturers.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
