Job summary

Orsini is seeking an experienced Program Manager to serve as the primary account manager for designated manufacturers. You will drive design, implementation, communication, and management of specialty pharmacy programs, including rare diseases, to grow Orsini's partnerships.

You will manage drug-launch implementations, coordinate with internal stakeholders and Senior Management, and oversee KPI performance while traveling for quarterly reviews and partner meetings as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combo of education, skills and experience (5–8 years in a relevant role).
  • Previous Specialty Pharmacy Trade experience at a larger organization preferred.
  • Experience with account management and internal stakeholder collaboration preferred.
  • Must be computer literate – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional literature and technical procedures.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to interpret and make inferences from data.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Ability to respond to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to travel for QBRs, implementations, pharma partner meetings, and other business engagements as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, develop, and manage therapy/service programs for designated pharmapartners and/or therapy classes; manage KPIs and communications.
  • Develop and manage relationships across the assigned manufacturer to grow partnership and share.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement custom programs and product launches; educate staff for new launches.
  • Implement and oversee trade contract deliverables, data reporting, and issue resolution; participate in QBRs.
  • Collaborate to improve clinical and operational processes within Specialty Pharmacy; participate in quality initiatives.
  • Prepare reports on program performance, activities, and KPIs for business reviews.
  • Lead cross-functional projects (internal/manufacturer) as needed.
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

LOCATION

The salary for this position is $75,000.

This is a remote position.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position will be the primary account manager for assigned manufacturers to drive design, implementation, communication, and management of specialty pharmacy therapy programs, including rare diseases, that deliver value for manufacturers. The program manager will develop, document, and manage relationships across the assigned organization with the goal to grow the partnership with Orsini Specialty Pharmacy. The program manager will be the project manager of drug launches (implementation) within Orsini and work with internal Orsini stakeholders and Senior Management to manage Orsini Specialty Pharmacy performance/manufacturer key performance indicators (KPIs) and grow Orsini's share of business within the assigned manufacturer. This position will manage contractual deliverables and assist in resolving customer service escalations. The role requires consistent travel for quarterly business reviews, manufacturer meetings, and other business engagements as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Oversee, develop, and manage therapy/service programs for designated pharmapartners and/or therapy classes. Manage Orsini therapy performance/manufacturerKPI(s), document communications, and assist with any manufacturer escalatedissues.
  • Develop and manage relationships across the assigned manufacturer organizationwith the goal to grow the partnership and Orsini Specialty Pharmacy share of thebusiness.
  • Lead cross-functional team to develop and implement custom programs for Pharmapartners and/or for new specialty pharmacy product launches. This includes designingclinical and operational processes to support needs of product, educating the OrsiniHealthcare staff to ensure all teams are prepared for new product or servicelaunches.
  • Implementation and on-going oversight of trade contract deliverables including datareporting development and issue resolution. Participate in quarterly business reviewswith manufacturers when requested.
  • Work collaboratively to assess and improve key clinical and operational processeswithin Specialty Pharmacy. Participate in quality improvement activities as assigned.
  • Prepare reports regarding program performance (financial & operational outcomes),ongoing activities, projects, and other reporting needs for customer business reviewmeetings.
  • Lead cross-functional team to manage strategically important projects (internal/manufacturer).
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
