Job summary

Orsini Rare Disease Pharmacy Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary account manager for designated manufacturers, driving design, implementation, and management of specialty pharmacy programs including rare diseases. The role ensures delivery of value for manufacturers and growth of the Orsini partnership.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–8 years in a relevant role, with travel for quarterly business reviews and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience
• 5–8 years in a relevant role
• Experience with account management and stakeholder collaboration
• Must be computer literate – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional literature and technical procedures
• Ability to travel for QBRs and meetings
• Strong project management skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee, develop, and manage therapy/service programs for designated pharma partners; track KPI performance
• Grow Orsini Specialty Pharmacy share by strengthening manufacturer relationships
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement new programs and launches
• Manage trade contracts, data reporting, and issue resolution with manufacturers
• Collaborate to improve critical clinical and operational processes
• Prepare reports on program performance for business reviews
• Lead cross-functional projects for internal or manufacturer initiatives
• Handle additional duties as assigned
