Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Specialty Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to oversee a remote team delivering patient access support and reimbursement services for 1-2 clients. The role focuses on staffing, training and KPI monitoring to meet client contracts and SOPs.

You will supervise up to 20 agents, coach in a 100% remote setting, and drive program efficiency through standard procedures and regular metrics reviews. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in related field of patient support programs preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for a patient access support center team of up to 20 members.
• Coach, teach, train, and mentor team members in a 100% remote setting.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions specific to the program.
• Coordinate and deliver reviews of program metrics with senior leaders.
