Job summary

Cardinal Health Sonexus Health Pharmacy Services provides support to manufacturers to improve patient access and adherence to therapies. The Specialty Pharmacy Operations Supervisor will oversee a remote, 40-hour work week handling customer service, enrollment, and reimbursement staff to ensure high-quality service.

The role emphasizes leading program staff, maintaining SOPs, and delivering KPI-driven improvements. Training runs 8:00am-5:00pm CT; remote work is available to U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in related field of patient support programs preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Teams.
• Travel may be needed to perform your duties up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for patient access support contact center team of up to 20 team members.
• Coach, teach, train, and mentor team members in a 100% remote setting while monitoring performance.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions specific to the program.
• Coordinate and deliver recurring reviews of program metrics / dashboards with senior leaders.
• Assess/Test / Solution / Approve program changes including IT, platform upgrades, and business rules.
• Report system issues affecting CRM or productivity in a timely manner.
• Manage employee timecards and HR duties as a people leader.
• Open job requisitions, conduct interviews, and provide personnel recommendations to senior leaders.
