Job summary

Cardinal Health Sonexus Health Pharmacy Services is hiring a Specialty Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to oversee a remote patient access center and reimbursement staff. You will supervise up to 20 team members, coach in a 100% remote setting, and drive KPIs to meet client contracts.

Responsibilities include SOP creation, program change approval, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3–5 years in patient support programs, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in related field of patient support programs preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for patient access support contact center team of up to 20 members.
• Coach, train, and mentor team in a remote setting while monitoring performance.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and program work instructions.
• Review program metrics/dashboards and share results with senior leaders.
• Coordinate with IT and HR to implement program changes and action items.
• Manage timecards and HR responsibilities as a people leader.
• Lead recruitment by opening job requisitions and interviewing candidates.
