Job summary

Cardinal Health’s Sonexus Health Pharmacy Services is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to lead a remote, 40-hour team handling patient access, enrollment activities and benefit investigations. You will plan staffing, train personnel, and monitor KPIs across client contracts.

The role oversees HR duties, interviews, and program governance to ensure top-tier service and retention. This is a full-time, remote position with travel up to 10% and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in related field of patient support programs preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Travel up to 10% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for patient access support contact center team of up to 20 staff.
• Coach, train and mentor team members in a remote setting while monitoring performance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and program-specific work instructions.
• Review program metrics and dashboards with senior leaders.
• Assess and approve program changes including IT platform upgrades and business rules.
• Report CRM or productivity issues in a timely manner.
• Manage employee timecards and HR responsibilities as a people leader.
• Open job requisitions, conduct interviews, and advise senior leaders.
• Coordinate with leadership to determine corrective actions, including termination when needed.
• Monitor program adherence, quality, attendance, and address gaps.
• Report corrective actions promptly and collaborate across departments.
